Hey…my computer? It sucks. It breaks. And it sucks. Therefore, I have to double up. Blargh. Soo my Day 7 is….short term goals!

Well, my short term goals are probably that I really just want to do well in school…get good grades, kick ass on the dance team, and not get into any stupid, pathetic, drama with any dumb people. And I don’t want drama with any smart people either.

Yes I realize this post sucks. It short, and late, and ARGH inspiring. Bear with me please, because as I’ve said before, my computer sucks. Plus I went to a baseball game. WE WON! But….I’m still rather woozy. On to watch Jersey Shore I suppose….;)

It’s Day 6!! Yay….? Meh. Who knows? All I know is that Footloose is on, a marathon of Jersey Shore is ALSO on, and the new season of Jersey Shore STARTS. TO. NIGHT.Now I don’t know about you, but personally, I really really like Jersey Shore. I know its unhealthy and stupid. But Good Lord, is it ever amazingly hilarious and awesome. Anyways, my day 6 is pictures/quotes that are related to one of the things I love most in my life; my friends! My friends are literally my life. They’re my siblings (my sisters and brothers), and I love them soo much. They’ve gotten me through so much stuff, it’s unbelievable. They have brought me up when I’m down, have made me laugh ‘til I cry, let me lean on them to get me through the hardest times of my life, have seen me at my worst, have been with me through my best. No matter what, they’re still here for me.

In the spring (of freshmen year), I went through some really hard times. I don’t like discussing it, and I’m not going to discuss it on here, but it was really, a life-changing experience. I figured out who were my real friends, who would turn on me when things got tough, and I PASSED MY EXAMS! Sorry, I’m pretty excited about that one. It’s not really relevant, but I did pass every subject. I got 4 A’s, 2 B’s (oops I would have gotten A’s but….blah. haha) and 1 C. Curse you math!

On to my friends. They are gorgeous, amazing, courageous, wonderful, fantastic people. I could use more adjectives but, I’ll let the thesaurus do that job for me. Even if my friends don’t read this, they know who they are, and they should know by now, that I’d do almost anything for them! =] Thank you so much gals and guys for being by my side, showing me all there is to know, and being my friend. Here’s to you kids! And may we have many awesome-er times in the future as well!

It’s Day 5. You know what this means? Well at the current moment, I don’t either. But I do want say this. I have the magical amazing talent to blow the power out in my house. Yup. You heard that right. I was vacuuming the dining and living room (we’re doing construction on our house, so it’s an absolute disaster.), which, due to said construction, apparently requires day-to-day vacuuming (despite the fact that I vacuumed on Sunday…I know. I don’t understand it either). However, as I was really starting to “get the hang of it” (read: True Life was on a commercial break and I was trying to hurry up so that I could go ahead and watch the rest of it), bam! Vacuum stopped, power went out, and everything went dead. On the first floor at least. Oops, my bad! Ah, the crazy times of being 15….not to mention the four hours we spent trying to fix it….

In any case, I’ve finally figured out what my Day 5 is. It’s a color that you used to love, then hated, and now are back to being in love with again! In case you’re not me and therefore, totally don’t understand my incessant ramblings, I’ll explain.

When I was a little girl, my favorite colors were the typical ones: pink and purple. When I say pink and purple, I mean puke out your brain PINK. AND. PURPLE. Not the pretty cool electric kind…the sickening kind! Okay, I’ll stop going on about it.

In any case, as I grew older, I grew more into a rather tomboy outlook on life. My favorite colors switched, to baby blue, to electric blue, to black….yeah, I’m pretty sure that’s about it. Now, don’t get me wrong. My favorite color still is electric blue…however, just after that, electric pink, electric purple, baby blue, crimson red…you get the picture.

I’m addicted to electric, popping colors! Screw the fashion magazines. Pale colors may be in, or whatever in the sam hill y’all are talking about…but my love electric colors will never dye! In fact, I’m trying to petion my mom to let me dye (SECTIONS PEOPLE…SECTIONS!) of my hair electric colors…namely, pink, purple, blue, black. In case you were wondering? It’s going…eh, not so good. But in any case, back to what I was origninally talking about…which was…what again?

Just kidding. In any case, that’s all for now folks. It’s entertaining, and while it may earn you strange looks…well. Almost everything that I do earns me an odd look…or two…or three….okay. I am an odd person. So, I just get odd looks. Take it as a compliment, and have fun! Hope you enjoy my “Day 5”. I know, I know. I’m lame. Corny. Cheesy. But I really truly do want this to be original to me, and usually, original to me personally, means I just make it up as I go along. “Flying by the seat of my pants!” Pull it out of my arse! You pick the saying, and I’ll say it. More than likely, I’ll do it as well. Electric Electric! As a side note: Has anyone ever heard of Jeffree Star? Or Audrey Kitching? If you’re looking for some prime examples of awesome multi-colored hair, go there. Jeffree is typically hot pink ,(and I do mean HOT. SMOKING. PINK.) although he has had orange hair before as well, and Audrey has done blue/pink/maybe others but my brain is ca-pute. Of course, then again, they’re also described as “scene” which, I promise you, I shall go on about at a later date…perhaps tomorrow? Ho hum, who will end up knowing? Not I young master!

In any case, I love Jeffree Star. His makeup, his hair, his songs, they’re all amazing. Plus, it’s really cool that he actually has the guts to go out and do this…when so many people hate against him. Maybe you don’t agree with his makeup/hair/music and what not…but at least give him credit for having the balls to go out there and BE who he is….which is to say, a gay cross-dresser. But y’know. It’s still cool. (I bet your all wondering how this is relevant to my Day 5 challange? It’s not really. But I’m in a chatty mood!)

Yay! I’m not dead…yet….Thankfully, my stomach and such, feels a lot better =]. However, my allergies are still making me feel horribly ill, for which I just want to say this: allergies? You suck. It’s Day 3! And this is gonna be a short one, because I’m exhausted from my awesome, amazing, fantastic day out with two of my best friends. Happy Birthday! It was one of my friends birthday…so we all hung out and it was tres fabulous! =D In any case. Day 3. 

Favorite Authors

1. Jodi Picoult-If you asked me about a year ago, what’s your favorite book? I would have said, “My Sister’s Keeper” because it was like, the only book by her that I had ever, (shockingly) read! However, now that I’ve read the vast majority of her books, I have to say, that I really don’t have a favorite. I just really really like all of them!

2. J.K. Rowling-Come on. This is CLASSIC. Well, for my generation. Harry Potter? ‘sighs’. He can be my McPotter anytime…

3. Ann Rinaldi-It’s actually been awhile since I’ve read her books, but man. They’re awesome! Historical fiction…I love it =] She’s a brilliant writer, and even me, (whose typical literature, especially when I was younger, tended to go towards the Clique/Gossip Girl/A-List *confession? I still LOVE those books!* type of literature…aka bubble gum for the brain), who liked those teen type books, loved reading her books, and when I mean loved, I mean, obsessively read them!

4. Rachelle Mead-Oh come on. Vampire Academy is amazing. Don’t even try to lie. It’s original as well, (no ones ever done the dhamper tricks before!) so pshw on you!

5. L.J. Smith-Eat your heart out Stephanie Meyer. You totally stole most of your ideas for Twilight from her Night World series. Not to mention, her other books are an adventure onto themselves as well.

Finally, Sorry You’re Not A Winner-Enter Shikari (One of my friends from this program I did in 8th grade *People To People*-as a side note: People to People actually isn’t really all that bad/dorky. You get college credit and I really DID meet a lot of cool people!- showed me this, and I immediately fell in love. It has just the right amount of scremo with some comprehensible lyrics, a bit of a techno beat and overlaying that, is the rock band part of it. Awesome-tastic!)

After this whole 30 day challenge thing, I’m most defiantly going to be trying to do reviews on bands, books, etc. As another side note, I’m gonna be leaving for MI (vacation) on the 6th of Aug. but I’m still going to continue doing my 30 day challenge thing…I’ll just post them all at once! =] xx

So lately, I’ve been hearing all about these “30 Day challenges”. When I looked ‘em up online, a lot of them had to do with various bands/artists/etc. The bands/artists (while most of them I DO happen to absolute adore!) just ain’t cuttin it for me. So in affect, I’ve decided to make my OWN 30 Day Challenges. First off? 30 Facts about me.

1. I love popcorn. Like seriously. I’m pretty much addicted to popcorn. Even better? I like it with this stuff called ‘yeast’ (which is neither the infection, nor the fungus) on it. It’s basically healthy, you can eat it, it’s delicious, etc.

2. I want to travel. I love going to new places (some favorites include New York City, Washington D.C., etc) and I really want to see the world, instead of just being stuck in the same Mid-western town as always!

3. Speaking of mid-western town, I have a lot of conflicting feelings about where I live. Most of the time? I hate it. However, at the same time, I somewhat like it. So I suppose…this is new blog fodder!

4. I’m obsessed with scary movies. Like seriously. They’re awesome-tastic!

5. Lame, but I’m about to be a sophomore. Its a cliche, but it is weird that I”m growing up so fast.

6. My favorite color is BLUE! Then after that, electric purple, pink, lime green, etc. Pretty much anything bright! I LOVE BRIGHT COLORS!

7. My best friends? They are my life. Honestly, I really have no idea where I would be without them.

8. Sometimes, I have no idea what the hell I’m getting myself into. Or even, who or what I am. It scares me to death, but I never tell anyone, because I don’t want people thinking I”m crazy nuts.

9. Favorite memory as a kid, was probably going to Ted Drewes with my dad. Love that place, and I love my dad.

10. Speaking of my dad, I’m a total daddy’s girl!

11. Love MTV/VH1/MTV2…and I have since 4th grade!

12. Favorite band is My Chemical Romance. Love love LOVE LOVE them so much. Saved my life. Amazing. I worship them. =]

15. I have indeed been abroad before.

23. Sometimes I really wish that people would stop judging me because of my looks, or my brains, or anything about me. In short, I want them to stop judging me.

24. I hate soda. Seriously. Anything carbonated, I’m immediately turned off of it!

25. I don’t know if I’ve ever been in love.

26. I REALLY want to go to NYU for college! I’m obsessed with NYC! It’s amazing there!

27. I have never ever seen Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

28. I really really miss the old Nickelodeon Shows! BRING ‘EM BACK PLEASE! Along with any and all old Disney made for T.V. movies/shows.
